Welcome to LUCY’s KITCHEN
Let’s meet Lucy!
Lucy is a lifelong culinary powerhouse. She was born in Greece of Greek parents, who raised her in Chicago to appreciate food and family. She started cooking at age 11 while both her parents worked. It was a big help to the family, and let’s face it, who could stop her? Lucy has had a long career as a food writer and has taught cooking professionally. She has written restaurant reviews for Chicago Magazine and regular food columns for several newspapers. Lucy’s current cooking column has been running for 4 years in the Taos News in her adopted home town high in the mountains of New Mexico. She has written a cookbook capturing her mother-in-law’s recipes called Thou Shalt Fear No Butter. She is currently working on a cookbook of her own. Lucy’s Greek heart and soul means she loves nothing more than cooking for her family at home. So… Join the family, sit at the kitchen counter, and let Lucy cook for you. Always fun and delicious! And she just may inspire you to try it yourself.
